If you are single, people ask about fiance. When you have a fiance, they ask for wedding. When you get married, they ask for children. Once you have one, they ask for another. if you get divorced, they ask why. If you try to start your life again, they ask why so quickly. People never like what you do, so why worry about what they think or talk about you?

Acceptance is not about denying, numbing or hiding, it is about struggling, surrendering & finally transforming through the power of grace. Life's burdens come with emotion anger, guilt and grief. When we try to bury feelings that frighten us with their wildness. They may erupt with destructive force or we may slowly deaden ourselves to any feeling.

You may not be perfect in all what you do, but remember, you can defeat imperfection, when you get yourself involved & do things with complete determination & interest. Then everything you do results in perfection. Never give a chance for anyone to find fault in you and give a negative feedback always. Correcting yourself & being perfect is much appreciated when compared to being hurt by someone everyday.

If you don't feel something, don't say you do. If you don't like or against something, then speak out your mind. If you hate someone, keep your distance. If someone tries to bring you down, it is because they are already below you. If someone pressures you to do something, with a firm voice say what you want. Life is a divine chaos, embrace it. People are only as happy as they allow themselves to be.

10 Tips on How to Stay Emotionally Healthy
1. Laugh often - Emotional benefits of laughter include feeling a sense of contentment and joy, shifting your perspective to a positive outlook, giving you more courage and hope, dissolving tense situations, and improving overall mood.
2. Do frequent feelings checks - Determine how you feel when you wake up in the morning. If the feeling is negative, figure out what is causing it and take steps to resolve the unsettling situation. Reorient your emotions with affirmations and confidence to set a new tone for the day. Recognize any physiologic clues your body gives off as evidence of emotional stress.
3. Focus on the positive - Admit any negative feelings you may have, deal with them, and move on. Do not dwell on circumstances from the past or those you cannot control. Say positive affirmations and keep inspirational quotes handy. Remember that what you focus on is what you will attract in life, so put your energy toward that which you desire, not what you do not want.
4. Take care of your physical self - The mind/body connection refers to how your body responds to the way you think, feel, and act. If you are physically healthy, your emotions will tend to be high. Bodily dis-ease or illness can create a slippery slope of negative emotions which self-perpetuate other physical problems, such as insomnia, upset stomach, and general aches and pains. Respect your body by exercising, eating nutritious foods, and getting proper rest.
5. Perform relaxation exercises - Dealing with emotional ups and downs can be exhaustive and confusing. Allow your body and mind to create a blank slate so that your intentions to heal the situation can come from a place of clarity, insight, and faith instead of fear or despair. Invest time and energy into practices such as yoga, meditation, deep breathing, Reiki, sea salt baths, and massage.
6. Stay socially connected - Involving yourself in projects and activities with family, friends, or the general community is a strong aspect of wellness at any age. Pick an interest that you would like to learn more about, join a club focused on that particular hobby, and form connections with those involved. Social networking websites also offer an outlet for creating relationships based on similar interests.
7. Practice mindfulness - Mindfulness is the state of being fully aware of your thoughts, feelings, and actions at any given wakeful moment. Living in the here and now is a powerful self-growth tool. You begin to learn that the feelings you experience are ever-changing, you discover underlying destructive patterns that you may not have noticed before, and you evolve by changing those fixed patterns into more dynamic approaches.
8. Channel your feelings productively - If you feel acutely angered or overwhelmed, instead of harboring negative emotions, release built-up tension through activities such as running, writing in a journal, or transforming stress into motivation to achieve your goals.
9. Avoid all or nothing thinking - Thinking in terms of black and white absolutes instead of shades of grey is a common element of depression. Words like disastrous, terrible, ruined, and never should be red flag signs that you may be thinking catastrophically. Situations may be unfortunate, but not a complete end-of-the-world disaster. Consider the point that even smart people do not always make the best choices. You can learn from your mistakes and consciously choose a healthier path next time.
10. Begin a personal development journey - If you are ready and willing to heal your life, realize that you are in the driver's seat. Think of ways to improve yourself, your relationships, and your overall life every day. Choose thoughts, feelings, and actions that are aligned with truth, love, and power.

As a tree is judged by its fruits, so as a person is recognized through his/her actions. If you do good, you become the good person. If you do evil, you are the bad person. So whatever character you possess now, is nothing but, what you have actually stored up in your heart. Clean your heart, mind and always keep them occupied with good things. God Bless!

Your confidence may be low, your standards not high, your doubts raised to the sky, life may get you down, maybe sometimes to the deep dark ground, but when life is the worst and it seems like no one is there when you need to shed a tear,
there is someone above who is ready to hear
your hurt voice, when you need someone to listen
He will be always be waiting for you with His outstretched arms to embrace you.
there is someone above who is ready to hear
your hurt voice, when you need someone to listen
He will be always be waiting for you with His outstretched arms to embrace you.
Do not get depressed when people insult you, persecute you and say evil about you. It is very common in this world, that good people are not recognized, when compared to people who do evil. The right time will come, where God will make them realize their mistake. Rejoice in God because He has great rewards for you in heaven.
We are responsible for what we are, and whatever we wish ourselves to be. We have the power to make ourselves. If what we are now has been the result of our own past actions, it certainly follows that whatever we wish to be in the future can be produced by our present actions. So we have to know how to act now. If other people can shine, why can't we? We are the change to whatever we wish to happen.

You have to learn how to love people, it is not something easy. That is why so many of us constantly fail at it, we want a chance at the test - relationship, and have not even studied yet, not even that, sometimes we grow up in homes where we don't even have a teacher. Love does not consist of cheating, lying, stealing, and disrespect. But support, trust, honesty, giving, faithfulness, and most importantly GOD.
Just because you got your heart broken does not mean you are not strong, it means your stronger then ever, never let anyone bring you down, take your heart and never give it back, just remember God would not give you anything you could not handle. So just when you think things cannot get any worse, everything will be okay in the end, if it is not okay then it is not the end we need to inspire each other.

Never go to sleep angry. Because you never know if you or the person you are mad at will wake up the next morning. Always forgive someone. Because you never know if you will talk to them again. Things happen. Get over it. Always forgive. You may not forget. But it is better than knowing you will never get to say sorry.

Doing good to someone who have done good things to you is a great deed. But, doing good to those who have done evil to you is the greatest deed. Normally during times like that, we get angry and we will find for situations to take revenge on them. But that is not God wants us to do. Always think that God's love is within you and do good to all people with love.
Approach God with complete confidence in Him and ask anything according to His will. He will hear you and if God has heard your prayers, then He will surely grant all your needs. Remember that a confident approach is very very important when we pray to God. Start praying with confidence and receive the blessing.

If you don't deserve a thing, try how you will get it. If you still don't have, check out how long it will take for you to have it. Nourish what you have, take what you still don't have & keep what you get. Do not commit yourself with feelings, for feelings will just come and go. Commit yourself with responsibility for it will last long. Take it or leave it. That is the real meaning of "LIFE IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT".
Do not be afraid to make mistakes, to stumble and fall, because most of the time the greatest rewards come from doing the things that scare you the most. Maybe you will get everything you wish for. Maybe you will get more than you could imagine. Who knows where life could take you. The road is long and in the end the journey is the destination.

Try smiling to every person you see, no matter if you like them or not or if you know them or not. Just smile and maybe say something nice and you will see that you can be the reason someone has a nice day. Try it and you will see how it may change your point of view and it will make the best out of you.
God is the foundation of our life. We should listen to His commands and should always put them into practice, so that God's verse can change things in our life. As the wise men who build his house upon the rock, we should build our belief in every word of God. If you do so, no harm or destruction can near you.

Daughters and sons of God, be glad that He lives among us. Do you realize and believe that God is present everywhere and He guides you wherever you go? If you believe, then stop worrying about the upcoming difficulties like financial issues or any other matter that troubles you. Be glad that the living God is with you to support and protect you.

Sometimes there is nothing to be said. Sometimes nothing should be said. You just have to find someone who will not get away from you. Someone to look into your eyes and tell you it is okay that things do not always go right. That this is how life works and how it will always work. That it is not going to be easy. Today, tomorrow, the next day, but it will somehow get better.

Skip the sadness, forget the pain, play happily, have perceptions, help someone, smile at people. Hug your friends and cry on their shoulders. Do not be afraid, have courage, compass your steps and make jokes, laugh loud. Yesterday is gone. You are here now to do tomorrow things. If someone like you so much, it is gratitude for all things you have done today.

Some of us just want people to care about us as much as we do to them. But the fact of the matter is that some people, no matter what actions you show them, will never appreciate what you do for them. But keep showing them love, God will handle them in the meanwhile, and will bless you when He's ready.

Trust in God and He will give you the strength and confidence to face anything in your life. No disaster will destroy you because God is with you. He will be with you when you are happy. Accepting one another, exactly how they are, is quite difficult for anyone. But God wants us to accept each others mistakes and forgive them. If you really think they are so bad, then give them a chance to change. Always remember that, even though we are sinners, God always accepts us as His beloved children. In the same way, forgive and accept one another. By doing so, you praise God.
